After announcing a third significant update to its Android Wear functioning platform for wearables, Google has confirmed it is not releasing any flagship Pixel View this season.

The search engine giant is rather focused on working together with smartwatch manufacturers like Fossil and Casio while enhancing the Wear operating platform, technology portal Tom’s Guide reported on Friday.

“Our focus is really on our spouses for the time being.

Google doesn’t need to come up with its own hardware since some watches are targeted toward fitness fans, others concentrated more on style with just a couple watches aligning the mix of both.

As of this moment,”Google has not really dreamed of a smartwatch that may be all things to all people.

Google showcased the rebranded Wear OS in the IFA 2018 at Berlin.

The revamped Wear OS that will start rolling out mid-September includes the user interface (UI), faster access to alarms, smarter wellbeing training with Google Fit and much more proactive assistance from Assistant, together with the effortless swipe feature.
